Testimonials
You were awesome!
---C
Thank you for all the help and support. If everyone in
the business world was as friendly and professional as you, life would be a
lot easier. Be happy knowing you made our dreams come true.
---C. S.
"I know I've said it several times but I felt compelled to
say, Thank you, again for your patience and guidance in the recent purchase
of my first home. You helped a twelve year prayer come into
existence."
---K. O.
"Well, I would
have been lost without you, but you made it an easy process. I was
completely satisfied and would recommend you to anyone I know."
---M. S.
"Courteous, and never
gave up on us. When everything seemed stressful, you made
it easy. And the most important thing--you listened to our needs and
treated us like
family. Thank you.
---K. C.

GRI, e-Pro, ABR, CRS, ABRM, etc.
Ever wonder what those abbreviations behind an agent's name
mean? They're indicators that an agent has achieved education beyond
the annual mandatory training required by the North Carolina Real Estate
Commission. The only constant in life is change.
And just as in other professions, real estate rules and regulations are
always changing. Some agents choose to upgrade and sharpen their
skills to offer better service to their clients. Here're some of the
more well known designations.
GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) The
letters GRI represent the most widely-recognized professional designation in
the real estate industry: Graduate, REALTORS® Institute. An individual who
earns the GRI designation has voluntarily made a personal commitment to
increasing professional service to customers and clients, and to obtaining
higher levels of education. The GRI designation is a mark of distinction
that earns a REALTOR® member respect and confidence from their peers and the
general public. ABR ( Accredited Buyer
Representative) - Higher study of changing agency laws
and the special knowledge and training needed to gain the competitive edge
and effectively serve buyer clients in today’s real estate market.
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager)
ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager)
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) -
Designates an agent who has studied the special needs of
homebuyers aged 50+.
e-Pro - Agent has studied the use of technology and
the Internet in the marketing of real estate.
